The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Complaint Case No. 2440 of 2016, under Sections 9/29/39/51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1872, Police Station- Bhopa, District Muzaffar Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no offence is made out against the applicant. It is submitted that under the Wild Life Protection Act, a complaint is provided and no police case can be lodged.
