Court No. - 72 HON'BLE VIVEK KUMAR SINGH, J. 1. Heard Sri Alok Saxena and Ms. Divyanjali Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.1810 of 2018, under Sections 409, 120-B and 417 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 66C of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however FIR of the present case was lodged on 28.08.2018 with the allegation that applicant indulged in black marketing of food grains but after registration of the FIR applicant was not arrested and a notice under Section 41 Cr.P.C. was served upon him but before conclusion of the investigation, offence punishable under Section 409 IPC has been added and thereafter in the year 2026 investigating
