The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 203 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 313 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, and Section 3/4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Marriage) Act, 2019, P.S. Lohiya Nagar, District Meerut, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case; he has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. The alleged incident had taken place on 14.04.2024, whereas the F.I.R. was lodged after one month on 15.05.2024. No explanation in respect of delay in lodging the F.I.R. has been
