Heard Sri Satyam Narayan, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Saurabh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 209 of 2026, under Sections 352, 109(1), 351(3) BNS, Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut with a prayer to grant them anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are absolutely innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. They have nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicants. The alleged incident had taken place on 26.3.2026 at 04:30 hours, whereas the first information report was lodged after two days on 28.3.2026. Four persons including the applicants were nominated in t
