The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 145 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 76, 333, 296 BNS, Police Station Pawara, District Jaunpur with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. As per the allegation, the applicant outraged the modesty of the victim on 9.10.2025, for which the first information report was lodged on 10.10.2025.
