The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 823 of 2023, under Sections 386, 504, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Izzat Nagar, District Bareilly during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 23.12.2023 lodged by the informant with the allegation that some person was impersonating her and executed sale deed in favour of Dharampal and Sheetal Azad. The accused/applicant is a marginal witness. He has only witnessed the tenets of the sale deed. He is not concerned about the impersonation. Nothing has been stated against him.
