The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.1053 of 2025, under Section 69, 351(3), 352 BNS and Section 67 I.T. Act, Police Station-Rabertsganj, District Sonbhadra, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case; he has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. It is further contended by the learned counsel that a false and frivolous first information report was lodged by the informant-victim, wherein she alleged that she was subjected to rape on the false promise of marriage.
