The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.314 of 2025, under Sections 506, 471, 468, 467, 420, 406 I.P.C., P.S. - Kotwali, District- Azamgarh, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the co-accused viz. Sandeep Singh and Kalamuddin are stated to have duped the informant of Rs.6,50,000/- on the pretext of getting a job for his wife in the High Court. Similar
