Court No. - 72 HON'BLE VIVEK KUMAR SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, in Case Crime No.548/2004 as well as Case No.884/2005, under Sections 498A, 304B I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Fatehpur Sikri, District-Agra, with a prayer to grant them anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are absolutely innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case; they have nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicants. The applicant no. 1 is the jeth and applicant nos. 2 and 3 are the jethanis of the deceased. The FIR was lodged against the applicants and other co-accused, including the husband and another Jeth of the deceased, on 30.11.2004. Howe
