The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.0341 of 2024, under Section 310(2), 110, 352, 351(2), 117(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Khajni, District Gorakhpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The name of the applicant has surfaced during investigation in the statement of the co-accused, Vikas and Rajesh. The applicant, along with the other accused, Badu Ali and Anwar, are said to have been allegedly trying to steal cows and, on objection by the informant, he was tried to be run over by the vehicle in question.
