The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, in Case Crime No.165 of 2026, under Sections 69, 353(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Police Station Singhawali Ahir, District Baghpat, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case; he has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. It is further submitted that the victim is a married lady and is about 34 years of age. She admitted that she came in contact with the applicant seven years ago.
