The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.105 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109 of BNS, P.S.- Sikandarpur, District- Ballia, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely nominated in the present case. There are three injured in the case namely Ajay, Suraj and Ajit. Except the injured Ajit, Ajay and Suraj have received only simple injuries. Even the solitary injury said to have been sustained by the injured Ajit, which is said to have been caused by a knife, has not been opined by any doctor to be d
