The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, in Case Crime No.0148 of 2026, under Sections 64, 123, 61(2), 115(2), 351(3), 296 B.N.S., Police Station - Mohammadabad Gohana, District Mau, with a prayer to grant her anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. It is further contended that the applicant is an unmarried girl. The first alleged incident had taken place in the month of January, 2024 in a school and the last alleged incident had taken place on 20.03.2026. The FIR was lodged on 13.05.2026, when t
