The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.62 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of The Prevention of Cruelty against Animals Act and Section 325 of BNS, P.S.- Saiyyadraja, District- Chandauli, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The police is stated to have detained two vehicles supposedly transporting 15 cows and 3 calves. The vehicle bearing Registration No. BR - 45 GA - 8494 is registered in the name of the applicant and the applicant was not driving the said ve
