Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard, Learned counsel for the applicant, the Learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.125 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 142, 351(3) BNS, P.S. - Visharatganj, District- Bareilly, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant though named in the First Information Report, no charge-sheet was filed against the applicant and the investigation is still pending. The victim, in the meantime, was examined before the trial Court in the trial against the co- accused and she did not support the prosecution version and was declared hostile
