The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.12 of 2026, under Sections 178, 179, 181, 61(2) B.N.S., P.S. - Kotwali Nagar, District- Banda, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above- mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause forthwith. 4. The Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
