The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 10 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 191(2), 191(3) B.N.S., 2023, P.S. Durgaganj, District Bhadohi, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the accused/applicants have been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 06.02.2026. The matter pertains to cross fight on the point of village road. In the FIR lodged by the informant 11 named and one anonymous person were made accused.
