The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 396 of 2025, under Sections 132, 121(1), 109, 125, 115(2), 190, 191(3), 191(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3 of Damages of Property Act, 1984 and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932, Police Station- Mahuakheda, District- Aligarh, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3.
