This application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.201 of 2025, under sections 137(2), 87, 76, 123 B.N.S., and 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S. Bilariyaganj, District Azamgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. By placing reliance on the High School Certificate of the applicant (annexed as Annexure No.1 to the affidavit), it is contended that on the date of alleged incident, the applicant was a minor. Further, there are contradictions in the statement of the victim under sections 180 B.N.S.S. and 183 B.N.S.S. The said contradictions discredit the prosecution case. It is next
