The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 302 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 61(2), 70(1), 127(3) BNS, Police Station Moradabad, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case; he has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. The applicant is not nominated in the FIR. The alleged incident had taken place on 01.10.2025, whereas the FIR was lodged on 03.10.2025 against co-accused Arun and Shivam.
