The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 397 of 2024, Case No. 21556 of 2025, under Sections 308, 352, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station North, District- Firozabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The allegations in the F.I.R. is that the son of the informant was hit by some motorcycle borne assailants.
