The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 1172A of 2008, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 and 308 I.P.C. Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District- Jaunpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicant although was nominated in the first information report however, he was exonerated during investigation. ii. The applicant has been summoned to face trial for offences under Sections 323/34, 325/34, 308/34, 504 and 506 I.P.C. alo
