Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.159 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 351(3), 109(1), 324(4) B.N.S., Police Station- Asmoli, District - Sambhal, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case due to village enmity. The FIR was lodged against the applicants and 27 other persons with general allegations. The present case is nothing but a counterblast to PIL No. 1230 of 2024 (Mahjad vs. State of U.P. and 9 Others). The informant, namely Divyanshu Chaudhary, is a land
