The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.0118 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1) B.N.S., P.S. - Jasrana, District- Firozabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has contented that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the co- accused have been nominated in the First Information Report of having assaulted three injured. However, only the injury received by the injured Rahul, who has suffered a fracture of the nasal bone, can be called grievous in nature. However, even that injury is not dangerous to life.
