The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.24 of 2026, under Sections 123, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 85 B.N.S. & Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. - Kotwali Nagar, District- Saharanpur, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. At the outset, the Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the applicant Nos.1 & 2 have a criminal history of one case which has not been disclosed in the affidavit accompanying the anticipatory bail application. The declaration made in paragraph No.13 of the affidavit is of the applicants having no criminal antecedents. 4. In view of the submissions, so made, in the opinion of th
