The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.192 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 352, 351(2), 109, 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, P.S. - Azeem Nagar, District- Rampur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above- mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
