Shri Bheshaj Puri, learned counsel for the applicants; Shri Chandra Bhan Kushwaha, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 259 of 2025 under Sections 119(2), 115(2), 352, 310(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Buduan, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. They seek anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The first information report has been lodged with an excessive delay of almost 16 days and no plausible explanation for the said delay
