The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 609 of 2005, under Sections 147, 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 304-B, 511 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act,, P.S. Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur, with a prayer to grant them anticipatory bail. 3. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that he does not want to press the prayer of anticipatory bail so far as applicant no. 1 is concerned. 4. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail application with regard to the applicant no. 1 is dismissed as not pressed.
