The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0058 of 2026 under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Link Road, District Ghaziabad, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. They seek anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicant No.1 is Warranty Assistant and the applicant No.2 is Warranty Manager of M/s Speedingo Private Limited. They have been nominated in the first information report along with 13 accused. ii. The accused Arjun Kumar and Deepak Dixit who
