Raxaul, District East Champaran (Motihari), State of Bihar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has already filed an application under Section 528 BNSS before the Patna High Court, which is pending consideration. In the meantime, non-bailable warrants have been issued against the applicant. The applicant is said to be 64 years of age.
