The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 1153 of 2018 under Sections 120B, 409 of I.P.C. and Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act and Section 66C of I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2000, Police Station-Loni Border, District-Ghaziabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 4.
