The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case No. 174 of 2009 (State vs. Ram Phool and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 458 of 2007, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 420, 120- B, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Partapur, District-Meerut, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
