The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.58 of 2026, under Sections 303(2), 317(2) B.N.S., P.S. - Shayal, District- Auraiya, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicants contends that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. Part of the alleged stolen 'Lahi' was recovered from the house of the co-accused viz. Raj Kumar by the informant prior to the lodging of the First Information Report.
