Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Learned counsel for the applicant; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 18 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 351(3), 316(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Rewatipur, District Ghazipur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicant was merely a guard in the company of the co-accused Vinod Kumar Gupta who is the primary accused in the case. Owing to his being a guard in the Company of the co-acc
