The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.105 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Prevention Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Sections 109, 325 of the B.N.S., P.S. - Saiyadraja, District- Chandauli, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. She was not arrested from the spot. Ten cows and two oxen were found in a vehicle supposedly registered in the name of the applicant. He further contends that applicant is a lady having no criminal antecedents to her credit. 4
