The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.127 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(4), 109(1), 121(1) B.N.S. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. - Reoti, District- Ballia, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case.
