The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.576 of 2008, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120-B of I.P.C., P.S. - Kotwali Nagar, District- Muzaffar Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The First Information Report was lodged on 4.3.2008 regarding an incident which is said to have taken place on different dates. He further contends that, at the relevant point of time, the applicant was posted as an Executive Engineer. He has retired on 31.07.2012. The applicant is not a previous convict and has no criminal
