The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.21 of 2025, under Section 318(4) of B.N.S. and Section 66D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station - Cyber Crime, District Hathras, with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. It is further contended that the applicant is not named in the FIR dated 10.05.2025, which was lodged in respect of the alleged incident that took place between 27.01.2025 and 23.04.2025.
