The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.115 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 193(3), 190, 109, 324(4) BNS, Police Station- Babugarh, District Hapur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. This is a case involving no injury. Similarly situated co-accused Amit has been granted protection by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.9795 of 2026 and his arrest has been stayed.
