Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.4 504 FAO-4961-2005 (O&M) Chitranjan Vs. Jaipal and others Present:- None for the appellant. Mr.Vicky Chauhan, Advocate for Mr.Deepak Balyan, Advocate for respondent No.2. Mr.Rajneesh Malhotra and Mr.Imran Ali, Advocates for the respondent-Insurance Company. *** Notice issued to the appellant on the last date of hearing was received back unserved as not residing at the given address. Notice issued to Mr.Narinder Singh, Advocate was received unserved for 23.04.2026 with report that name of the said counsel could not be traced anywhere. Appellant has been served for today through his counsel in the lower Court Mr.Ashok Kapoor, Advocate at Karnal but none is present on behalf of the appellant. Counsel for the appellant is also not responding to the telephone calls made by the staff of Lok Adalat.. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this appeal pending, therefore, the appeal is deemed to have been disposed of and the file be consigned to the record room with liberty to get it revived as and when required.
