By way of present writ petition, the petitioners seek writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 5 to implement the findings of the inquiry proceedings dated 02.05.2025. 2. From the writ petition, it is discernible that show cause notice has already been issued to respondents No.6 and 7 which has been placed on record by the petitioners themselves as Annexure P-4. 3. Keeping in view that the inquiry already stands initiated and the matter is pending with Deputy Commissioner for further action, this Court finds no reason to entertain the present writ petition. The same is ordered to be dismissed. Liberty is granted to petitioner to pursue his case with the authority.
