Notice issued to appellant No.1 was received back with the report that he has since expired whereas notice issued to appellants No.2 and 3 were received back with the report that they were not residing at the given address. Counsel for the appellants is not aware of the latest address of appellants as they are not in contact with him. In view of the same, as prayed for, the present appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the appellants to get it revived if so, desired.
