Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.78 dated 08.05.2025, under Section 420 of IPC and section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Cantonment, District Amritsar. 2. On 06.08.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted before this Court that petitioner was willing to settle the dispute, which is essentially monetary in nature. 3. Thereafter, on 26.08.2025, petitioner succeeded in obtaining an interim order whereby his arrest was stayed by this Court.
