Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition, seeking issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members from the private respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been running from pillar to post but her grievance was not being redressed by the respondent authorities. Having been left with no other option, petitioner has approached the Superintendent of Police, Karnal- respondent No.2 by way of representation dated 08.07.2026 (Annexure P-1), but the same is also pending decision.
