The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to promote the petitioner on the post of ASI (Regular Rank) and to fix her seniority as per her promotion and seniority and to implement the orders dated 04.03.2014, 25.08.2015 & 30.10.2015 (Annexures P-6 to P-8). 2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the petitioner has unfortunately died on 22.10.2025, however, her LRs have not been brought on record. A copy of the Death Certificate is taken on record. 3.
