The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the FIR No.35 dated 22.01.2026 under Sections 406, 420 IPC/Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Suraj Kund, District Faridabad along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of a compromise dated 08.04.2026 (Annexure P2) 2. On 08.07.2026, the petitioner had undertaken to pay a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the complainant on the next date of hearing i.e. 14.07.2026. However, the said payment has not been made. 3.
