Prayer made in this writ petition is to command the respondents to implement the order passed by the Executive Officer, Municipal Committee, Sohna, dated 15.06.2026. 2. The petition is opposed by the learned State Counsel, who submits that there is an issue relating to demarcation and that certain communications have already been issued by the executive authorities, which require due consideration. It is further submitted that the question as to whether a boundary wall is required to be constructed around the pond is a matter to be examined by the competent executive authorities at the first instance. It is also contended that the boundary wall otherwise is being constructed around the cremation ground and not around the pond. 3. Be that as it may, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ
