After some arguments in the matter and faced with the observation of the Court that the petitioner has alternate remedy of filing a statutory appeal under Section 107 of the CGST Act, 2017, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue such remedy. 4.
