Present writ petition has been filed seeking writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to take a time bound decision on the application filed by the petitioner seeking interim relief instituted on 13.01.2025 alongwith revision petition bearing No. Part-9/KKR/2025. 2. The petitioner has preferred a revision petition in partition proceedings. The same was instituted before respondent No.2 on 13.01.2025, accompanied by an application for interim relief.
