It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.13 dated 21.01.2026 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 262, 263, 132, 221, 121(1) and 109 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Corresponding Sections 224, 225, 353, 186, 332, 333 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860] and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar. 3.
